Slotix helps solo service professionals manage clients, appointments, reminders, revenue visibility, and AI-assisted scheduling workflows from one local-first iPhone workspace.
You can use this website without creating an account, and the website does not use advertising trackers or analytics.
1. Overview
This policy explains how Slotix handles information through the website and app, what data stays on your device, and what choices you have.
This policy applies to the Slotix website and the Slotix iPhone app experience.
2. Website data
This website does not require account creation or sign-up forms.
The website is a marketing site only. It does not host a user dashboard, collect client records through forms, or run a live booking backend.
If you send an email to Slotix, the email address and message are used only to respond.
Email messages that you send to Slotix may be retained for support, operational, and legal record-keeping purposes for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and maintain business records.
3. Data stored on your device
Most of the data you create in Slotix is intended to stay locally on your device.
In the app, this includes:
- clients and client notes;
- appointments and appointment status history;
- reminder settings and scheduled reminder state;
- services, working hours, and blocked time;
- revenue visibility and related workflow state;
- app settings and lightweight recovery state.
Because Slotix lets you enter free-form text, the content you choose to store may include personal or sensitive information about you or your clients. That information is treated as user-entered app data, and the local device remains the primary place it is stored.
4. Optional AI features
AI features are optional and only run when you explicitly choose to use them.
Slotix uses AI to help interpret scheduling requests, structure notes, and prepare actions for review. It is there to reduce friction, not to take control away from the specialist.
The current app experience does not rely on a third-party remote AI provider to process your app data.
Optional AI use is limited to the content needed for the request you make. It does not automatically rewrite your stored data until you review and apply the result.
5. Notifications
Reminder notifications are designed around iOS local notifications. Reminder delivery does not require a separate backend just to alert on your device.
If you keep notifications disabled, the app can still store reminder-related data, but iOS alerts will not appear until notification permission is enabled.
6. Purchases
If you make a purchase through Apple, Apple handles the payment flow and stores payment data according to Apple's own policies.

7. Tracking and advertising
Slotix does not use advertising trackers on this website or in the app.
Slotix also does not use analytics SDKs or similar third-party tracking.
8. Third-party processing
Slotix relies on Apple for App Store distribution, purchases when applicable, and system notification delivery.
Slotix does not use a remote AI provider, booking provider, or analytics service in the current app experience.
9. Your choices
You can:
- browse this website without creating an account;
- decide whether to contact Slotix by email;
- keep notifications off;
- avoid AI features entirely;
- delete app data by removing the app from your device.
